the game is unplayable onine .. i have 2 ping most of the time and it feels so bad

Can you give me some more details? What exactly is happening? Also, what system are you playing on? If you haven't yet, it would be good to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thank you.
ive power cycled many times.. comes back same thing is happnening im playing 6v6 club games im on 2 mss and my player feels like somethings holding him back .. cant turn properly .. the puck goes flying at super sonic speed sometimes... my character is abnormally slow ...

We're aware of the issue with pucks rocketing off the stick. I don't have any other details on that. As far as the other issues goes, if you want to go through some more troubleshooting, let me know.
- @EA_Aljo I have power cycled I have .. completely wiped my ps4 and re downloaded the game after 3 hour wait.. nothing the game still feels awful even on my 2 ping

Is there noticeable lag or do your players just feel slow? Have you also tried using alternate DNS settings? If not, you can try that with these instructions. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
