THIS!!! I have had several correspondences with EA tech support about this exact issue, and they always direct me to the forums. This is the only post I have been able to find that even mentions this HUGE issue, and they definitely haven't helped you with a solution yet, OP. So why would I expect that making a new post in the forum would do anything? Either they refuse to acknowledge that they don't know how to fix this issue, or they are so blind to the problem that they can't even replicate it themselves. EA tech support should know the games they're supposedly helping with. They simply don't.
I feel for you brother, I'm getting burned because other people can access the truculence attribute and I can't.

the same thing happened to me when I played Battlefield 5
ea tech support was able to unlock the missing rank rewards
for some reason they claim that they can't do the same for NHL 22
