Hello,
Yes, I'm playing NHL 22. Is this a known issue in NHL 23 as well?
In any event, this bug is preventing me from making the kind of meaningful progress that Be a Pro mode is all about.

Thanks for the quick reply, but please understand: this doesn't solve my problem. A problem that has apparently been carried over between iterations of a game. I'm now definitely NOT going to play NHL 23, knowing that this bug exists there too. And I have less reason to play further iterations of the franchise. This seems like an easy fix: just triggering a dialogue or simply recognizing an achievement is as easy as alerting a program to look for a yes/no value and it has not been done in two years.

I hear ya. How you feel is absolutely understandable. I just hope we can do better going forward.
Edit: I checked on this and the team would still like to address it. I just can't confirm anything for future titles, but if you want to ask about it down the road, tag me and I'll look in to it.
Thanks again, and I really do appreciate your diligence. Can't be easy being the designated flak shield.
Down the road, I'll know if this issue gets fixed if my game starts working as intended. If it never does, I'll assume that EA is just comfortable with broken NHL games and avoid them.
