BaP Unable to Save Game

I am playing NHL 22 on XBox One. Problem started about 2 days ago, whenever I try to save a game while in tis mode, an error message displays saying :

"Safe failed - Your mode could not be saved because you have reached the maximum number of mode saves. You will need to delete a mode in the load screen before you can create another one."

When I exit BaP, the game saves automatically without displaying the message.

The message will also display when I open BaP either via hitting "Continue" or "Load".

I have deleted all my save games from Franchise Mode, but I don't know what else to do here to fix this issue.

Thanks,

Michael

I've invested a lot of time into this mode, so risking losing the save file by reinstallation is too risky for me. I guess I was hoping for this to be a known issue that had a fix.

For now, I'll continue my 'workaround' and hope that the issue does not get worse at which point reinstallation may be worth trying.

Keep me posted if you hear of anything else.

    Thanks!

  • There used to be no limit, but the last update changed that to 5. I'm having real issues with BaP. I finished my season with the Cup and the Calder, but the XFactors are still listed as Inactive and I can't get them to activate and use them. I have about 3-4 XFactors all completed (green) and sitting in Inactive. Lastly, BaP crashes a LOT since the last updates. It's now telling me to uninstall and reinstall the game and it's only been active for 2 months...

Any suggestions? Also, can you check with support on the 5 safe limit? I have no other saved data or seasons so I'm nowhere near 20.

    Thanks
