Be A Pro Endurance - Drops

Yeah they need to soften this penalty quite a bit.  It goes by the simulated TOI per shift and not your player's endurance/stamina.  I keep getting hit with the -10 endurance penalty when my player's energy is still around 75% and I'm in the offensive zone working the puck.  Like I'm just gonna bail and run to the bench because I've been out there 30 seconds longer than I should have been.  It's really not implemented well at all.
