why does the game not punish you for being bad? Why can’t you get sent down to the ahl? Or back to the ohl/q/whl if you’re not ready? 

I was so pumped for the revamp of this mode, but I was so disappointed by taking out these vital features that not only make the game realistic, but also actually fun and rewarding

I haven't gotten past year 1 in BAP, so I'm curious what the free agency process is like. One of my biggest gripes last year was only having 2 interested teams when I hit FA (really 1, since my current team made an offer).

It made no sense that after grinding through the minors, getting a high enough rating to get drafted No. 1 and then finishing my ELC as one of the highest rated players in the game there weren't more teams offering me. 

Most other flaws I could brush off with "well, it's only a video game." But after all that work, having so few options In FA, that was one thing I could not let go.
