My PS4 recently just died and so I was going to take my brothers since he doesn’t use it to play some of the games until I get a ps5. I wasn’t able to backup any of my data from my PS4 before it died and was hoping my character would be saved on the ea servers since it never pulled up the screen like like it was saving to the system. Last night however when I went to try it on the new PS4 it said an error occurred and it couldn’t get the data and put me in like I had to create a whole new character and start over. I was just wondering if there is a way for me to get my old character back since I can’t access the save on the old PS4 with it on it.
