I have recently heard of many users messaging players to claim a prize or a special player from EA. They mention the need of the users account info including the password to their account. I hope non of you have been stupid enough to do it.*EA WILL NEVER ASK FOR YOUR PASSWORD! Why would they? They can access ur account at any time.I think it was from a user with EASPORTS in it name but this was just coming from word of mouth to me...so EA if u want to catch these ppl just for trying to committing fraud, you probably should!

Just honestly feel at the moment that EA is protecting thiefs more than me. Been five days and still no results even though adequate information has been made available on multiple channels. As a business protecting the honest players instead of rewarding the dishonest should be the highest priority in my opinion. I have spent hundreds of dollars on your products and am inclined at the moment to spend my money elsewhere. I just want to feel that my request is being considered a high priority. As a customer I don't feel that my concerns are being validated or addressed. I was trying to protect honest consumers and save them and your company the hassle and embarrassment of being wronged. Instead Iam being treated as the villian for honwar warnings

If he/she "hacked" you..... How do you know the persons name? Or is it maybe because you WEREN'T hacked , but instead you were DUMB enough to GIVE someone your account info? And since THEY had access to YOUR account ( because you GAVE IT TO THEM) you now expect EA to give you your players back?? YOU gave away your account info and now you want EA to REWARD you for YOUR mistake?Don't get me wrong. I think you have to be a SPECIAL kind of PATHETIC to rip people off on a video game..... but I don't think much more of people STUPID enough to give away their account info and then want someone ELSE to take responsibility either.....

honestly even if the guy gave out his information it doesnt mean you bash him cause he wasnt smart enough to catch them , a guy was trying to take my password and he was very convincing but i still had a little dought and i contacted ea which told me not to give my info and that the guy was a scam..and i gave the username to ea games ....BUT.... ea never did anything to that guy and i kept checking if he is online and he was online playing like its nothing AND i contacted ea again asking why this guy is not banned and i copied and pasted his masseges and showed it to them and they promised to ban him but the guy is still playing untill today....of course ea will protect theives ...u know why?!! because they are in the same family , actually ea is the biggest theif on earth right now....they are selling you nothing just a player card pack for 20 and 25 an 30 and 35 and 40 dollars and they give you the biggest **** up you *** in the pack...go on youtube watch how people are spending so much money for a java code lol

Indeed it is. At least YOU were smart enough to see through (the OBVIOUS SCAM) it......You'd be surprised how many threads there are on here with ppl crying they got 'hacked' falling for that same msg.

Good. Because I lost a 200k player that I won in a bid and just disappeared. Ea said they would make right and that was 3 months ago. I just keep getting emails from EA saying we are still looking into your problem we have passed it on to our technical team blah blah blah. I wouldn't want to have to deal with the pain of trying to get back a whole team specially if it is my own fault this was an issue that a lot of people had.

Is it possible to recover your coins and players if a scammer already took them? I was too stupid and thought it was real so now everything is gone in my HUT

^ You won't get anything....it's like intentionally giving your wallet to a thief and expecting it back with everything inside and admitting to the COPS that you freely gave it away...COPS won't do anything so EA will do nothing.
*Think of it as a reset on your account because those things you gave away are gone.

They do not have your xbox password. They only have your ea password.

Some players don't get hacked but instead lie because they think they can get good players for free from EA Sports.
