Hey, everyone. This is an issue we're currently investigating. It's also possible this happens when spamming the A/X button before loading into the game.

Yes I am using the HDMI that came with the Series X. If it was an HDMI issue, I would have 0 iimage. Also menu is working perfectly fine. It's only the lighting in the arena that is pitch dark. The game is fully functional except for me not being able to see.
I didn't see this issue in any other mode so far.
Community ManagerThanks for the suggestion but this has nothing to do with Tone mapping as if I quit the game and restart a new game, everything is fine. It just give me a lost in Squad Battle which is a bummer.
Community ManagerI'll keep an eye out for others with this same issue. So far, yours is the only one I'm aware of but rarely is there something only one person is experiencing. If I have any other suggestions or news on this, I'll provide an update.

I am also having this issue. Happened twice in a row in a squad battle so I lost a bunch of coins as well.
