happened to 2 more buddies of mine as well. Nothing has been done or resolved. Maybe when we get the october/november diamond packs it might "kick in" and give us extras? thats literally my last thought, i might reinstall NHL 20 and see if that works too. But yeah, playstation says the code was valid, it attatched to my copy of nhl and did upgrade it. Its in EA's hands now. @EA_Barry
just to give you the heads up i tryed to do that delete and reinstall and still nothing i also tryed to reinstall all my previous licenses i have contacted best buy directly they have finally agreeded to send another code to try i am confident it will not work as well but worth a try since EA and there people have zero interest in helping i was thinking about getting everyone who purchased one together and do a class action suit cause this is insane only twenty dollars not going to bankrupt me but it adds up over say 100 people for a example plus it should not happen at all cant believe these crooks dont even stand up for there products and the company name oh well if things keep going the way they are i would surprised ea even has hut next year.
