Manually retire players and jersey numbers

It would be nice if you could manually retire an aging player in franchise mode to more quickly start a rebuild. Also retiring jersey numbers for an exceptional player in franchise mode manually would be awesome.

    (i'd shift to easier contracts. *personalities B and C takes time off. vacations. less games played. *personality D2 retires early, B3 retires scheduled upon wealth figures... more charts. coulda picked players leave early by themself*)
