Community ManagerTry clearing your alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Not random. Same as above person. As game is tying to load. Just see the ice before game then freeze
Community ManagerWhat system are you playing on? Also, is the game installed on an internal or external hard drive?
I'm having same issue Of freezing up in totw but mine happens either at end of game or if I score with 3-5 minutes left in game and only way to fix is to exit to ps4 menu and restart console
