You should be able to purchase the game without EA Play. Try searching in the PlayStation store for the available options. You can also go to www.playstation.com to purchase the game. Thanks!

Hey @EA_Aljo I am having the same problem. I already own nhl 20, but I am not able to download it and it doesnt show up in my owned gaems on ps4, it does show on ps5 however when I go to the store link it says I can only wishlist this game. did you ever get any update on this? sony has made it very difficult to contact them now
