Can’t buy NHL points

When I hit X (on Xbox) to purchase NHL points, I get one of two issues: either it says “Store Error” or it takes me to the page that shows the different point bundle amounts, but when I click one, it’s looks like it’s working for a second, but then just takes me right back to the screen with the point bundles. I get mostly the second issue now, but it started out as typically the first. Is this a common issue? It’s been happening for over a month

Edit: BTW, I’m on Xbox Series X

    Yes. It worked fine earlier right after release (would occasionally get the Store Error glitch, but if I restarted it would work fine. But now it just looks like it’s loading but goes right back to the same screen.

    Have you had any other issues with purchases through the Xbox store? Also, in case you haven't since this started happening, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.

    Thanks for trying. Are you able to go to xbox.com to purchase points or does the same thing happen?
