Can’t buy the 20 contracts pack on HUT

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I’m on the shop it says that: The selected pack is no longer offered for sale. You will return to the shop. Doesn’t let me buy contracts. No code error, no limit don’t understand.

What do you expect to see? My 20 contracts purchase there’s no limit
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

    That is the only reason we've ever seen for this pack not to be available. Please have your boyfriend try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They'll look into this for you. Thanks!

    Why is there a limit on games we can play?  You set this game up for a grind and then limit the number of games we can play?

    Are you talking about Rivals and Squad Battles or just the requirement for contracts to begin with?

    @EA_Aljo Hey there, ran into this same issue yesterday and into today. I’m aware this isn’t “easy to resolve” but there has to be some effort in updating this. Nowhere does it state this “3 per week rule”. Would really appreciate this to be changed or at least published so people are aware before they go ahead and buy these “limitless” contracts.

    The limit was raised to 5 per every 7 days. If you're getting the message that the item is unavailable, it's because you hit the limit.

    It doesn’t say anywhere that the limit is 5... thanks for the little update but for some that play a lot it isn’t enough I think. You shouldn’t put a limit.

    I understand the limit isn't stated, but it's there. Thank you for the feedback. I definitely understand the frustration with this. Hopefully we'll see changes to contracts in the future.

    Did you play through all the Nations of Hockey challenges? You can get some additional contracts that way.

    @EA_Aljo Yep I always get my contracts pack and it isn’t enough. And I won’t spend any money on the game.. And with a lot of people a home you should upgrade the limit of more than 5
