Can’t buy the 20 contracts pack on HUT

Product: NHL 20
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I’m on the shop it says that: The selected pack is no longer offered for sale. You will return to the shop. Doesn’t let me buy contracts. No code error, no limit don’t understand.

What do you expect to see? My 20 contracts purchase there’s no limit

    Hi there, @gabbleu002.

    There is a limit of 3 per week for the contracts pack. That's why you aren't able to purchase it again. Once 7 days goes by since you purchased the 3rd pack, you can purchase them again. Sorry for the confusion!

    What the heck?!? It’s written no limit... oh and my boyfriend can’t buy them and he hasn’t buy anything like I did.

    I definitely get the confusion with these packs, but there is a limit of 3 per week. As far as your boyfriend goes, is it only this pack he can't purchase?

    Also, the no limit message is in regard to a community limit where only a certain amount of packs are available. For example, if it said the limit was 10,000, once 10,000 packs had been purchased in total, they wouldn't be available any longer. The contracts pack just has the 3 per week limit.

    Really confusing... you should mention the limit of 3 per week tho...

    We're aware that it's not stated. This actually is something that isn't as easy to resolve as it may seem. I'm really sorry for the frustration ☹️

    It looks easy for the special packs you put every 24h... so it should be easy for a pack you put for almost half a year... Just saying 😉 And my boyfriend can’t only buy the contracts pack. So I think there’s a problem with it...

    The banner only has room for so many items. That's where you see the limits, but we can't always fit all the packs on there.

    For your boyfriend, what is happening when he tries to buy any of the packs?

    The not enough cash to buy... the only pack he’s not able to buy is the contracts pack. Posted you the message we get in French. It say: The selected pack is no longer offered for sale. You will return to the shop.

    That message looks like it's saying the pack is not available. Has he reached the 3 pack per week limit?
