Thank you for your response. After changing the club abbreviation, saving it, then dashboard quitting to reset the game; the customize skater/goalie option still doesn’t work. I even tried to leave my club and that did not fix the issue either.
Community ManagerThanks for trying. Are you using a custom gamerpic? If so, try changing it to a default one. That has also caused some odd issues with WoC. Also, if you can edit your arena, try making it as default as possible.
Unfortunately, after changing my gamer pic to a default one and editing my club to be as default as possible, the issue still persists.
Community ManagerAt this point, you should try changing anything you can. It's possible some customization that is in use is bugged and causing this to happen. Are you able to edit your player outside of the club or does this also happen then?
I am not able to get into the skater or goalie customization menu at all. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the game as well. Is their a developer or tech that can assist with the coding of the error code? I’m almost prestige 5 and collect all of the bags, this is important to me. Thanks!
