Do you have a custom gamerpic? If so, try using a default one instead. Let me know if that helps or not.

@EA_Aljo I used to have a custom forever, just recently changed it to a default picture a couple days ago

    Can you try that workaround again? Also, it might be good to hard restart your console.

      @EA_Aljo Well I’ve already downloaded the current roster so I can’t do it again can I? I can try hard restart my console though

        Could you try switching to a different roster and then back to the online roster?
