Can created players who become scouts be promoted to coaches?

Made a 47 year old version of myself so he would play 1 season and retire. He did retire and became a scout which is cool. Was hoping for a coaching role. Maybe after his scouting contract is up I ca...

I have never seen a scout changed to a coach in the game.

So sadly in NHL 22 you only have one road for your created player.

But I like the idea that when a player retires in the game he gets stats for coaching and scouting, and you can choose to sign him to scout or coach.

Maybe little late but something to bring into NHL 23? @EA_Blueberry
