Cannot connect to ea sports games

I am on the same account I recently bought ufc 4 and I can connect to it fine I also have the EA play hub and activated the madden 21 10 hr trial but I get the same situation as FIFA 20 but with madden the screen darkens and it doesn’t connect

I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I tried that last night and unfortunately it didn’t work
