Cannot download PS4 early access

I was asked to DM you regarding an issue with NHL22 in PS4. I have the XFactor edition, which gives me early access to both the PS5 and PS4 versions of the game. I am able to download and play on PS5...

    In case anyone else is having this issue, I had to go to my "Game Library" on the PS4 and download it from there. There was no other way to download it on my PS4.
