Hey there, @KurtIsDirt
I know this is incredibly frustrating. Unfortunately, we can't help with account issues through Answers HQ. You'll need to contact an advisor again. However, they're going to ask the same questions. These are used to verify ownership of the account. Until that ownership is passed, we won't be able to make any changes.
Absolutely brutal service. Having no way to fix a stuck account, after I have already purchased your game and I am out over 80 dollars. EA is a disgrace it's no wonder everyone is boycotting your company. Keep losing customers EA, great going.

We can't just give access to accounts without proving ownership. That would result in a ton of stolen accounts. We absolutely have to verify ownership before making any changes. You're always welcome to contact an advisor and go through those verification questions again if you can recall the correct answers to them.

Obviously not, but what you SHOULD do is allow the account that PURCHASED YOUR GAME to use a different EA account to sign in, not force it to be bound to an account that's over 12 years old with lost credentials. Your company is fossilized, living in an outdated world. I got my refund this morning! Nobody waste a cent on this game, it's horrible.
