Can't connect to EA servers on Xbox 360

A month ago, I started up NHL 15 like I do a lot. It said that I couldn't connect to EA servers. I have been playing NHL 15 since Christmas and it worked fine. Now I can't play EASHL, shootouts and more. I wen't to the help page on EA and did all of those things and still, nothing. I don't know if I have been banned or what. I switched accounts and still, nothing. This makes me think it is my Xbox or my internet connection but I don't know anymore. Please help me enjoy my favorite game again.

    Players having difficulties connecting to online play or to other players in NHL 15 likely need to open, or forward, their online ports. Find the ports for your console below, and then you can open your ports.

    Xbox 360 

    • UDP / TCP: 3074

    To get sure that no corrupt data causing your issue, you should clear your cache:

    1. From the dashboard, click on My Xbox.
    2. Select System Settings.
    3. Select Storage.
    4. Highlight Hard Drive Device.
    5. Press Y to select Device Options, then Clear System Cache.
    6. Reboot your console.

    Some additional information about your internet connection and your routermodem might help us to investigate your issue.

    Thanks for replying but nothing has worked. I wen't on the Help page for this game on the Xbox 360 and did everything and nothing worked. EA servers work with other games, just not NHL. Any information you need I will provide.
