Can't connect to internet nhl20
Can't connect to internet on NHL20 and can't update all other games work fine.
Have you tried a power cycle of your console and router? If you follow this link you can find some useful ports to open; perhaps that is the issue? https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/faq/opening-tcp-or-udp-ports-for-connection-issues/#nhl
If you are on PS4 I recommend restoring your licenses as well.
