Are you wired or wireless?
Having a great connection doesn't necessarily mean matchmaking will be perfect (especially with this series in particular)
K so you've done the UO Trace, fully power cycled, and as a last ditch effort redownloaded the game, correct?

I saw everything you tried with the advisor over Twitter. You've really done everything we can suggest. It's a pretty odd situation for sure. One thing I hadn't heard back on yet from that advisor was your IPv and NAT. If you're on IPv6 or both IPv4 and 6, try getting that changed to just 4. Also, make sure your NAT is either open or moderate. I believe you should be as, if I recall right, you also opened the ports for NHL.

My Nat type is open and I am IPV4.. what I don't understand is I'm able to get into HUT and play squad battles which requires connection. it's just finding an opponent on any mode. I tried 3s online too. Same thing . I don't know what to do. And yes I uninstalled and reinstalled the game . No change

While Squad Battles requires an online connection, it's not searching for an online opponent. It's quite possible something is blocking your search. Have you tried contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?

One other thing, have you checked your multiplayer permissions on your Xbox account? You can check that under Privacy & Online Safety.

Have you also tried updating the firmware on your router?

Can you log in to your router? It should tell you if there's an update available. Something else to check is if QoS (Quality of Service) is available on your router. If your router supports it, try enabling QoS to see if that may help. That will prioritize your console over other devices on your network.

@EA_Aljo Wait but yesterday I used mobile hot spot and hooked up my Xbox up to it and had the same issue . So it probably isn't router related, right ?

Correct. Most likely it's not a router issue then. It might be account related. Do you have another gamertag you can try?

Can you create one? It should use the Xbox Live gold subscription on your main account.
