Can't find teams and players I created, xbox one NHL 18.

Hello, My son cannot find his created teams and players.  I've been in touch with support and tried all the restarts, clearing memory, player profile etc, but with no success.  EA support told me tha...

Check the rosters tile (down from main menu). Wait for all files to load and on he right side of the screen any created players/rosters will appear. Just load from there.

    Thank you for replying.  When we go to Roster, we can see a list of custom rosters, but when we chose one, it doesn't load up.  We are looking for the players and teams that were created to use in online or offline mode...but they just disappeared from the create a player and create a team tile.  I guess we'll just have to remake them.

      Are you using the proper “load button”? It’s just a bit counterintuitive with a separate button used to load files there as oppposed to selecting it with x or a and then trying to load.

        What is the "load" button....I am pressing A, but nothing happens.  Thank you for trying to help!
