Can't find teams and players I created, xbox one NHL 18.

Hello, My son cannot find his created teams and players.  I've been in touch with support and tried all the restarts, clearing memory, player profile etc, but with no success.  EA support told me tha...

Hmm, well unfortunately he’ll have to make them again I guess. I tested the process on my PS4 and it didn’t require a manual save. I’m not sure where you’re sons’ files went, something must have been overwritten, perhaps a server side roster update that took place simultaneously.

Yes, we've pretty much given up and now he's busy creating new teams and players...keeps him busy.
