Can't get past Captcha

Recently downloaded EA's NHL20. Go to log into online and have to sign in using my EA account. Email address is already locked in, I enter the password, met with a Captcha and can't pass it to save my life. I tried resetting my EA password just in case and it does nothing. I have been resetting my password and trying to get past Captcha, failing every time. How does this get resolved?

    Is it the CAPTCHA where you have to rotate the image until it's lined up right? If so, you'll just have to keep trying. Once it's lined up right, you should pass the CAPTCHA.
