I am having the same exact issue but for playstation 4.. I have been playing NHL 20 since it released, all the sudden today it tells me to verify my EA account with an email that I have never seen before. What is this nonsense? I purchased this game to play with my friends and now I have no access to online content? Unreal EA.
Same issue for me. Has anyone found how to solve the problem ?
