Can't make roster changes with IIHF players

    @milan0202 IIHF tournament rosters are locked, so you can’t add, remove, or edit anyone on those rosters.

I'd also like to be able to edit the fake players on the men's teams so that we can actually have the correct rosters instead of all or mostly fakes. We should also be able to have the men's teams play against the women's teams instead of segregating them because of their gender.
