Can't receive NHL points after purchase

Recently tried to buy 500 points and I didn't get them. Contacted EA support, after a few screenshots got them into my account.  Bought 100 more just to test it out and didn't receive them. EA supp...

As this is a region conflict type of issue, the only thing I can suggest it to repeat the manual process you have previously gone through with an Advisor.
