Can't rename club in options screen after suspension

Our club name and one of our members were temporarily suspended in NHL 25 but we were told we can edit the club name in the "Rename Your Club" screen under club options. The suspension for the player has ended.

After filling out the prompts, all GM's on the club get an error saying "please fill out all fields before proceeding"

I can confirm all fields have been filled out. Please advise. Thank you.

    Where did you see you can rename your club? Often, that's not the case when you've been actioned for having an offensive name in the past. Send me a private message with your club name and I'll look into this.
