Can't Send Bronze Icons to Upgrade Sets

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Send a Bronze Icon to the Silver Icon upgrade set.
What happens when the bug occurs? The message pops at the top of the screen "Error sending item to set"
What do you expect to see? It should send the icon to the set.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

Every time I attempt to send a Bronze Icon to the Silver Icon upgrade set, I get the message "Error sending item to set". I've attempted this with 4 different Bronze Icons and received the same error. I've done a complete restart on my Xbox Series X. I've tried cycling the power on my modem. I've also tried reinstalling NHL 21. The same error occurs every time. All of the 4 Icons I've attempted to upgrade have been untradeable, but I believe that shouldn't affect the upgrade.
