Captains/Alternate captains

I really only play NHL for EASHL, since I have the most fun with this mode along with my friends.  However, for the past three NHL games (on the Xbox One and PS4), I've seen that whenever my friends and I make a club, there is never an option to assign a captain and two alternate captains in EASHL.  I know that this really sounds like such a minor thing, but it really does add another level of "fun" and "immersion" to the game -at least to me, anyway.  I wasn't sure if the development team was planning on adding this in the future.  But, if they are, it would surely be fantastic.

    Agreed. They removed the “C” and “A” cards from HUT for next gen too. Guess they thought it was meaningless.

    Haha, "meaningless".  I mean captaincy is hockey 101.

    I really like playing HUT, but i dont understand why you cant select a Captain and 2 alternate? Just put back captain card or at lease an option to select captains and alternates? I hope you will fix this with an update as soon as possible... thank you! Every hockey fan understand thant... a team without “C” or “A” it’s not a real hockey team! 👍🏻
