changing HUT name Xbox 360 - NHL 2015

Please help me with hoe to change my Ultimate Team name?  or start over by creating a new HUT team?  As a new online user to NHL 2015 I am unaware how to either change my Ultimate Team name or delete the existing one and start over.  Your assistance would be appreciated.
