Changing Language in NHL2015

My son accidently chose German as language when launching NHL 15. How to change it back to English? And as curiosity I wonder why the game sometimes asks the language when launching it and sometimes it does noe. Obviously now when I would like it to ask it does not. 

For EA: This is one of the basic setting you shouls tag into starting screen somewhere so visible that it does not take a game genius to find it.
