Hi.
My friend and I like to play season mode together with locked positions and last year's colors been red and blue.
Now it shows 5 controller with different colors and stupidly second controller is now yellow.
Can those be changed so I can play with blue again.
Btw it's Xbox series x we play
You’re used to clicking the left stick to switch positions and lock, right?
This is possibly a bug. If not, I hope they put it back to the way it's been for the last 20 years. I noticed the same thing in Fifa 21 where you randomly get assigned a controller color and it doesn't default to the first colors on the list. Trying to play hockey coop while being yellow is near impossible as the indicator is barely visible on the ice. My brother and I play with a high dynamic camera and if I go off screen its very difficult for me to locate the indicator to get back in play.

Hey. Silly question. Playing on the Xbox Series X and normally play coop with a buddy. We have played for years. This year, when selecting sides, it lights up like 5 options for play, but we only have the 2 joysticks connected wirelessly. This leaves us playing green and yellow indicators, which is abnormal. For years it has been blue and red with those as the only options with the 2 joysticks connected. Not a fan of either color green or yellow. We also can't figure out a way to change our contoler indicator color, or disable the 3 unused joysticks. Is there any way to change your player indicator color choice?
I'm having the same problem and its the most dumbest thing ever I'm never green and I just want to be RED like every other year I hate this they need to fix this ASAP
My brother and I believe this is an Elite2 controller issue. This does not happen when using a standard controller that comes with the xbox after removing the Elite controller profile. Can anyone confirm they are having this issue using a regular controller or if they are also experiencing it with an Elite controller?
Yea it seems to be elite series related. When you’ve finished choosing your position I’ve seen that the controller color changes from [color] to red⚽ but hasn’t done this when using regular controller. Seems to be a lot of issues revolving around the ES2 controllers lately.
I have the series X and No elite controller and it’s happening to me playing solo in a franchise mode. It’s gotta be a bug with the quick resume or something.
