Connection to EA servers Xbox
Buffalo NY 14206 here, I've talked to spectrum gave them the same info as you, they said if it's an outage with a single site there is nothing they can do. I told them it works for everyone except spectrum but it doesnt matter, they see it as your server not working. I dont know how else to say it, either someone from EA needs to contact Spectrum and just figure this out or you can kiss all the money from NE spectrum providers goodbye. They are not working on this problem as of 3 hours ago, it doesnt matter to them if their customers connect to NHL, they are the only option in many places and know it.
Even if it's completely a Spectrum problem EA should be doing what ever they can to fix it. Spectrum gets paid whether we play NHL or not, theres no other option, EA is the only one that loses money when your main hockey fan base is cut out because everyone is waiting for someone else to fix the problem.
