Controller disconnects mid game and when trying to reconnect cant do anything

When I playing hut rivals my controller gets disconnected and can rejoin game to move players. Only this game this does it for

Did you try another controller also?

    Did the other controller disconnect as well? Was it another Elite or a different model?

      @EA_Aljo Once I’m disconnected that’s it even when I reconnected controller I can do everything except play the game, I can pull up Xbox menu and all, tried on a regular and elite controller, both wouldn’t let me do anything in game not even pause the game

        So, just to be clear, no matter which controller you use, it disconnects mid-game? Are you able to reconnect after a bit? Does it turn off? Can you turn it off and on again to continue playing?
