Create Head Coaches
Think it would be very cool if we could create coaches behind the bench. Looks werid when u call a timeout and some generic coach is behind the bench

This is really cool idea, although I wouldn't put it high on the priority list. I do like that they gave you the ability to hire certain retired players as coaches, its very cool to satisfying to see Coach Phil Kessel behind the bench.
If when we created coaches we were able to set up exactly the strategies, attributes and chemistry impact then I would put that high on the wants list. It would be great to create a coach in order to try and build a team how I envision it. I am the GM after all.
That would be cool. I only play offline modes so it would be perfect for me.
very good idea....create coaches with real names would be awesome....and also even more for the entire coaching staff in ftanchise mode (associate, assistant and goalie coaches and same for AHL) could be a nice step to more likeness.
