Create Head Coaches
Think it would be very cool if we could create coaches behind the bench. Looks werid when u call a timeout and some generic coach is behind the bench

@SkylerJames13 What wrong with Franchise mode this year?
@Atishksingh The AI trade logic is the worst I’ve seen in such a long time. Huge one sided trades. Second rounders not being enough to trade for landeskog Cus he only put up 18p in 40gp, but okposo (with his absurd contract) will fetch a first rounder plus some, Cus he’s got 28p in 40gp for example.
Cannot edit player positions/types anymore. So now in 2034 when you draft that sweet center med franchise player 1st overall who is 5’9 170lbs, you find out that he has awful defensive stats, poor physical stats, but great skating, great pick skills and great shooting skills. He’s listed as a PWF, when clearly he should be a sniper. But now you can’t change him to a winger sniper. You’re stuck with something so unrealistic.
The coach and chemistry system is still broken since they implemented it. Twd and twf are still undervalued/considered worthless compared to PWF snp play ofd and dfd. The scouting was completely broken at release. Took them weeks to fix it.
It’s literally a waste of time and money.

I never really liked Franchise as much as Season mode. Just for me it's better.
Thats too bad that you can't play that mode. Why not just stick with 20? - @Atishksingh When buying a new game in the series, I shouldn’t have to go back to the old one because the new one is so bugged out, broken and poorly designed lol.
Regardless, I wasted my money on it. I don’t play nhl 20 since I hit a wall. The game wasn’t fun anymore playing FM since it’s so stale year after year. EA hyped up BAP and FM only to completely butcher the two modes upon release.
Essentially I always hope they release a game with customizable head coaches, and everything we’ve been talking about. They just never ever deliver
