How do I play as the team I made in Creation Zone?

Go to Rosters > Active Roster and choose the custom one you created. Then, you should be able to select them in offline modes.

@EA_Aljo I’m playing offline single player. I created 20 players ranging from 84-92. Where do I assign them in order for me to pick them up for my expansion “Seattle Dragons”team? They're all going into the entry draft which is what I'm trying to avoid. Is there a simple way for me to create this team with all of these newly created players?
If I assign them to OHL, CHL, Prospects etc. etc. they also show up in the draft. "Roster Moves or Move Players" doesn't give me the Seattle team I just created. It just shows the normal 31 NHL teams.
What draft year should they be assigned because I don’t want them in the draft, I just created all these players and they’ll all get taken in draft. I customize my logos, uniform and arena which takes over an hour and then instantly it’s the expansion draft. My roster is empty.

Apologies. I'm not a Franchise Mode player so I don't know the answers, but I'm trying to find out these details for you. In the meantime, I suggest checking out the Operation Sports forums here: https://forums.operationsports.com/forums/ea-sports-nhl/. Those guys are super passionate about rosters and offline modes. It's an excellent resource.
