Didn’t receive Christmas choice pack

Tried to claim my Christmas choice pack and it wasn’t  available any one else have this issue!?

This pack was available from 6 AM PST on 12/25 until 2 PM PST on 12/27. You had to claim the pack during that time. If you did and it wasn't available, contact @EAHelp through Twitter and they can look into this for you.
