Didn't receive Rivals rewards

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I earned 7600 HUT Rivals points from playing champions season games last weekend and played no rivals games.
What happens when the bug occurs? Didn't receive rivals rewards and when I look at last weeks ranking, it says I earned 0 points.
What do you expect to see? I expected to get Division 1 gold rank rewards, because the rankings page showed that I was at gold rank in division 1. Didn't get the possibility to collect rewards on the rivals screen.

So last weekend I earned 7600 rivals points from playing champions season games.I didn't play any rivals games because I thought this was enough. On the rankings screen it showed my rank was gold in division 1. Now after waiting 48 hours I still haven't received any rivals rewards and when I look at last weeks rankings it says I earned 0 rivals points. I'm not sure if this is a bug or by design, but if it's by design, it should be stated clearly somewhere on the rivals menu, that the rivals points you earned through playing champions season games don't count if you don't play at least one rivals game.

They'll need to get this escalated to a specialist for investigation. The only reason you shouldn't have gotten any rewards is if you didn't play any games. I assume you played at least 1 since it shows your rank from the previous week.
