Disconnected from EA servers in all online games NHL 22

Hi, for about 5 days I have a problem playing any online game in nhl 22 on xbox one. I have already tried to change the port, TCP, UDP. But neither helped. I also tried to reinstall the game, Format ...

Are you playing on a wired or wireless connection?

@EA_Aljo they play on a wired connection. of course I also tried wifi

    Just so I have a better understanding of the problem, are you able to connect, but then get disconnected during play, or are you never able to connect?

      @EA_Aljo There is no problem with connecting to servers, it always connects automatically right away, but when you play it always or usually drops. I think it's the last update, as I said, I haven't had a problem with anyone in the game I've been playing.

        I have same probblem too on xbox series X. 

        It started after the last update.

      Hello I seem to be having this exact issue , my internet works perfectly I even called my service provider, no other game seems to have this issue. I am ruining my online record due to constant disconnections from the ea servers. What is the solution?

        What system are you both playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

      I also have this issue and followed the steps above.

        I play on PS5 and reset my system cache and it's working just fine
