Disk w/ update Won't Download Fully - PS5

While installing my disc with the online update on the PS5, the game won't download/ install passed 98%. I get an error message stating something went wrong (Code: CE-100005-6). I have tried factory resetting the console and that did nothing for me.

    Hi, quick update, I got the game replaced with the retailer and it solved the problem. Thanks for the support!

    I have the digital version and have the same problem so that’s not it

    What troubleshooting have you performed so far? I'd like to avoid trying those steps again.
