Just to clarify:
NHL 15 will come out on the PlayStation 3, the PlayStation 4, the Xbox 360, and the Xbox One. You can find all of the details on this webpage: http://www.easports.com/nhl/nhl15
I personally project that it will come out sometime in early-mid September, although this is not confirmed by EA. They have said that it will come out in the fall in the teaser. Suspect it to come out at a similar time to the one that NHL 14 was released at - it was released on September 10, 2013 - though, with this being the first NHL game on next-generation consoles, the games on the PS4 and Xbox One could be released a little bit later than the games on their current-gen counterparts.
Expect the current-gen versions of NHL 15 to be released at $59.99, like NHL 14 was, and the next-gen versions to be released at a $69.99 price. This is purely speculative, however.
