EA read and respond

For just over 3 weeks now your HUT which I've spent wuite abit of my money on has not worked properly, you are doing nothing to fix this I well not take playing without a coach so all my players act there they are drunk as a solution. I paid for this game and I'm paying for cards to use in thai game which does not work properly. As of right now I am giving up on EA your horrible service I've been getting from phone agents. I want to be refunded in full for the cards I have purchased. Your game is a terrible display quite like your NBA live 14 which I might add was the worse game I've ever played in my life. You're doing nothing to fix this you aren't even giving us a time frame on when it well be fixed. Please refund my money so I can go spend it on someone else product like 2K sports who release games that are complete and actually work. For a company I once loved and stood behind you have dropped the ball big time over the past year with NHL, UFC and NBA all which regretfully I own. As a valued customer one might say do the right thing and refund my money. I'm not asking for the money for the game back I just want the money I spent on cards which I can not properly use.
