EA Servers disconnect me...I lose my tourney progress and get DNF??

I've bought the NHL series since it's inception with the first NHL hockey game for Sega Genesis. I actually bought the Sega Genesis itself only for that game. I've bought every single game since, even when you guys were getting your asses kicked by the NHL 2K series!

The online stuff in the last two games NHL 13 and 14 has been awesome to some regard, but some of it is just outright BS! I bought my only REAL pack of cards, one of those SPECIAL PACKS!! Something to the tune of 30 cards all RARE or some BS like that!  It cost me over $15!! And here's what I got!

What a joke? Are you guys for real? What is so RARE about any of those cards? Tlusty was the best player I got for $15!! That's just thievery!

And if that's not bad enough, then I get to play the game...and every time I start a new tourney, I get disconnected from the EA servers...on your end, not on mine!! My connection is one of the best in the world!! I live in S. Korea! I'm in the finals of one of the offline tournaments, in the finals of one of the harder ones and get disconnected from the servers and lose all of my progress!! As if that wasn't bad enough, then you charge me with a DNF because YOUR servers suck! WTF, EA Sports?

Seriously, stop being a bunch of greedy, irritating **bleep**s and support your fans that have supported you all over the years! The game is great, although not much has changed from last year! However, these issues that were also present in last year's game are still present. How do you not fix this?
