EA servers go down and I get a loss

I was just in an online NHL16 ultimate team online game. I was winning 3-0 when suddenly I get a message that EA servers went down. When I was finally able to get back into the game I saw I received the loss. Now, when I go into my recent games I see there is no record of this game but somehow I still have a loss. This is a bit ridiculous considering real money is spent on this game mode. I want an answer to this and I want this loss over turned. I have proof and this isn't the first time it has happened.

I'm with SHAW (broad band 100), I have called multiple times and they tell me my connection is fine, I have even tested the SHAW speed test my end is working. I have been paying for a while now win or lose i get cut off (check your EA connection, you have been logged out) which forces me to lose a game/kicked off line/ lose points=bad record.

For $50/ year I expected a little more from a site that knows damn well they are going to be busy at 9pm on a Monday night!
